Purchase orders are admin-only.
The PIN is a shared workflow control stored in this browser — it keeps honest fingers off the order button, it is not real security. Real sign-off trails need the backend phase.
Starshipit connection and local data.
Every Starshipit child account has its own API key (Settings → API inside that account) and the whole login shares one subscription key. Each synced order is tagged with its child account as the client. Keys live only in this browser. Starshipit calls are routed through the Fullstack proxy automatically, so no extra setup is needed; set a Proxy base URL only if you want to use your own.
Product requests and approved POs are emailed here (and logged in the app). Where these should land on Eagle Labs's side is still being confirmed — once known, this can point at their portal or API instead.
The admin PIN gates creating, countersigning and sending purchase orders. First unlock on the PO tab sets it.

Signing in with your email password puts records and uploaded documents on the Fullstack server, so the same data appears on your phone, your laptop and everyone else’s. Purchase orders stay admin-only, and the Starshipit keys are readable by admins alone.

Sign in with your Fullstack email and password. Access, and which tabs you see, come from your account on the Fullstack server; admin accounts also unlock purchase-order controls. There is no self-service reset: if you need a new password, ask an administrator to set one.
